Shipping and delivery

 

Most orders are filled within 2-3 business days. Large or custom poured orders may require longer lead times. All orders will be shipped USPS priority mail with insurance. This service frequently takes 3-5 business days to arrive from Hawaii depending on final destination. Please order early during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery of your order.

 

 

Cancellations and returns

 

All standard product orders may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to shipment. Here at Island Candle we want our customers to be happy with the candles they receive. If you aren't completely satisfied with your order please contact us so we can try to make it right. E-mail us at sales@islandcandle.com and reference your sales order number.
